  • Early Bird Rate - $50/hour
    (M-Thur. before 3 pm 3-hour min.)

  • Full Day - $395

  • Evening Rate - $150
    (Flat rate  M-Thurs.  6:30–10:30 PM)

  • No setup/teardown buffer included — please plan accordingly

  • Gear available for rent (lights, backdrops, backdrop stands)

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment

To keep the booking process simple and efficient, we do not offer in-person tours for short hourly rentals.
A full is available and the studio  has a glass door that allows you to view inside if you stop by the building.

The Space is minimalist. and priced affordably.  There is a frame and stands for seamless and or backdrops.  The studio is not filled with props. It is designed mostly for natural light minimalist shooting.  Although it does have blackout curtains and you are free to bring in lighting.  It is also suitable for workshops.

In addition to the studio itself, the complex has lots of shooting opportunities: long hallways, abandoned spaces, gritty brick exteriors and graffiti and a pond.

Our Location:Conveniently situated at 61 Endicott Street, Building #26, Suite 251, Norwood, MA 02062, our studio is easily accessible from Boston, Providence, and surrounding areas.


Located in a historic mill building just outside Norwood Center, you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities nearby. Free on-site parking available.
